Our Story
Hey everyone! I’m Daya Raghava, and I’m super excited to share my journey with you! I started something really special called Kind Kids Crew because helping others has always been close to my heart. When I was little, I loved hearing amazing stories about my grandfather, who is the founder and general secretary of All India Deaf Bank Employees Association (https://aidbea.org.in/). His stories inspired me to make a difference in the world, and I’ve been passionate about giving back ever since!
As I grew up, I jumped into all kinds of volunteer activities through various organizations—like working at food banks, ministries that help internationally, cleaning up parks, donating supplies, and raising money for great causes. Each experience made me realize how much we can change lives, and I always gave it my all because it felt awesome to make a difference!
When I moved from Cincinnati to Mooresville, I noticed that there weren’t many opportunities for kids under 14 to volunteer. That didn’t sit right with me, so I founded Kind Kids Crew! My goal is to give kids aged 6 and up the chance to get involved in fun service projects and spread kindness right here in our community.
With Kind Kids Crew, I want to inspire everyone to be kind and inclusive. I believe that if we all come together to help each other, we can create a happier, more caring place where kindness is celebrated!
So, if you’re looking to make the world a better place alongside awesome kids like us, come join Kind Kids Crew! Let’s spread kindness and change lives, one good deed at a time! 💖
